Design Homework Assignment # 2
For my homework assignment this week I have to design the Master Bedroom for Jon Bon Jovi. I googled him since I did not know much about him and it turns out he has been married for over 20 years and have 4 children. I decided to make his Master Bedroom a retreat - somewhere calm and relaxing. I am painting the walls a light blue - with tan and brown accents. The furniture will be a heavy dark brown with a cabinet in from of the bed that looks just like a cabinet put when you push a button the tv pops up.
Last week's assignment apparently was too colorful - I was told I used too much color - so this week I am going to try and tone it down and see what the teacher thinks.

Too colorful?! The bedroom for the teenager?? I think it was perfect. Teenagers ARE colorful :) Like the colors in Bon Jovi's room. Love the light blue and browns mix.
I thought it was great!
I wish I had a flare for design. I am trying to decorate downstairs which is quite open plan, I do not want every room the same colour, but want them to all tie together nicely.
I am usless at this kinda stuff!!!
