I have decided to do what is right for me - and that is to lay low for awhile. I confronted the new attorney yesterday and flat out asked him if I quit my current job if he would take me on full time and he said that he does not want to lose me but does not have the work for full time.
So it seems they are both playing games and I need to do what is right for me. I have decided to move up my treatment to next month (if everything goes good at the follow-up appointment with the RE) I cannot quit my job if I am doing a treatment - plus I need time off and vacation days that I have saved up, etc.
If I do get pregnant I am going to ask to quit the current job and work part time for the new attorney - I think that would work out best and if I do not get pregnant then I am going to start looking for something else - because I deserve to be treated better.

can i just say i am jumping for joy!!! First b/c i think that is a great plan and did i read that right? You are cycling next month? Can we please have a post to discuss your timeline? :) love!
Sounds like a good plan. It sucks they are playing games with you, but it seems like you have it all figured out and instead of letting it bother you, you are turning it around to something positive :)
