I am really just hoping it is my uterus growing - but I never felt cramps like this before. I did have sex last night and I hope and pray it is not from that. I think I am just going to go home after work today and rest and if they do not go away by tomorrow - I will call the doctor. I am 14 weeks today - maybe it is just growing pains. They are lower in the middle of my belly. I am drinking plenty of water today at work and will rest when I get home and no more sexy time for me.

As long as you are not in pain and not spotting, you should be okay. I remember I had a lot of pressure in my lower belly and I just took it easy when I got home from work. At one point, the dr said he wanted me to do NOTHING after work (no dishes, no exercise, nothing!)
I know it's scary, but when you get home, just stay off your feet. I will be praying for you!!
Cramping is normal. Your uterus is stretching to make room for that growing baby. It's probably just a growth spurt. I used to say to myself when I'd get cramps "grow little babies, grow, grow" and that always made me feel better. Just look at it as a good thing (cuz it's growing) rather than a scary thing. :)
haha!! read my post from today! We pretty much drafted the same post!
Praying for you and little Colin or Jillian!
praying for you! call your doctor, even if it's nothing, it will make you feel better. that's what they are there for.
I remember how scared I was with all of the new feelings "down there". It sounds like it's growing pains from your uterus growing.
(((HUGS)))
Take it easy, drink water. It sounds like stretching and RLP.
I agree if no pain or spotting you should be ok. It could be the heat. I think some cramping is normal as your uterus grows. Just drink water and relax and out your feet up!
I agree, it really does sound like pain from the stretching your uterus is doing. It's scary, but try to relax and definitely go in tomorrow if you need to. Your sanity is important!
It sounds like everything is going as it should. I remember having some very strange and difficult to describe pains right around the same time. As you've recently seen, your little one is doing a lot of growing! Just put your feet up, drink a lot of water and get some rest. Just remember, your doctor said they'd be happy to let you hear the heartbeat if you need some peace of mind.
