Picked out Names

The names have been decided.  For a Boy - Colin John and for a Girl Jillian Regina.  I really like that both names are out of the top 100 on the S.S. list - I really loved Carter for a boy - but it is so popular now and my inlaws cannot say the name properly anyway.

Even though I have been calling the baby Colin - I just know it is a boy.  I think the name Colin is so appropriate for us because it means Victory.

I am laying low on buying anything else for the baby until we find out for sure the sex at the 20 week ultrasound.  I also plan on getting a 3D/4D ultrasound around 30 weeks if possible.  In mid-October we are going to do a hospital tour and labor class.  I am going to have maternity photos taken in late October and John's family is already saying my baby shower will probably be in early November.

Next week I have my first appointment/consult with the high risk doctor.

I guess I am in the second trimester now - things have not been so great - my indigestion is horrible - I have tried all the tricks - eating small meals, eating slowly - not drinking during a meal - even tums - but nothing is working - it is so bad something I just end up throwing up.  If anyone has any suggestions - I would be happy to hear them.  Also - does this go away or only get worse??

I still feel so very blessed - I am so excited and nervous all at the same time.  Our lives are going to change forever and I cannot wait.

I love the names that you picked out!

Try Zantac 150 before you eat and see if that helps at all.

I really like the names you settled on. (Those were the ones I voted for!)

Beautiful names! You have so much to look forward too (finding out the gender, baby shower, etc).

You are right, the baby will change your life forever (in a good way).

And when you hold your precious baby, you will love like you never thought possible.
