Getting Ready for IVF

Like I said in my last post as of Monday morning I am giving up Caffeine. I am also bladder training - so far it has not been going so well - it is hard to pee every hour on the hour when you are busy at work. But I am going to try and start fresh on Monday. I am also eating Activa everyday - I heard great things about it - that is really makes you regular - sorry if that is TMI.

So IVF gals - what else can I do to prepare my body for IVF??

Start taking prenatal vitamins and eat healthy like you would if you were already pregnant. Make sure you're eating a well-balanced diet from all of the four food groups. Cut back on sodas or give them up completely. Get in good shape and get plenty of rest - IVF can be rather challenging on your body.

I'm still in the IUI stage, but I've cute caffeine out of the diet a couple of months ago. The first 3 days were the hardest. After that, it was smooth sailing. Don't forget your prenatals. Exercise is also great for the body... not that I'm very good at doing it. GL!
